How does Atelier Studio™ secure our data?
All studio and customer data is stored in AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard monitoring tools so something would page us before you notice it. Stripe handles all payment credentials — we never store card data ourselves.
Can I move my studio over from another platform?
Yes. We're building importers for the major studio platforms. If yours isn't supported yet, we may build one for free or help you move your data manually — either way it's part of onboarding and there's no extra charge for it. Your data is yours, always.
What support does Atelier Studio™ offer?
Email and ticket support today, with priority placement for Premium plans. Live chat support arrives late 2026.
Do you offer a demo before I sign up?
Setup Mode is the demo — up to 30 days of full-platform access to configure your studio, with no trial clock running. The 14-day free trial only starts when you click Launch Studio. No credit card needed at signup, and if you'd like a guided walkthrough first, send a note via the form below.
